How can I order?
Ordering on arvalcosmetici.com is very simple. Browse the site, choose the products you prefer and add them to your cart with the appropriate button. At this point you will have confirmation of the insertion of the product in the cart and the possibility of inserting other complementary products to the one chosen into the cart. By clicking on "cart" you will see the list of selected products and the total amount including VAT of your order (excluding shipping costs). If you are already registered on arvalcosmetici.com enter your email and the password chosen at the time of registration, otherwise enter your details and shipping address. All you have to do is confirm the order by proceeding with secure payment by credit card via PayPal, credit/debit card, Google/Apple Pay. Once shipped, you will receive an email with the link to track your shipment.

How can I change or cancel the order?

If I order more than one product, do I have to pay multiple shipping costs?
Of course not! The products ordered will all be placed in the same package. Therefore, the courier shipping costs (€5.90) paid by the buyer will be charged only once for each order. For amounts over €50, shipping costs are free.
